Product description is incorrect. Website says “Two-Piece Riser”. It is one 50” piece which was inconvenient because I only needed the top piece. The product is good quality and I made it work, but had to buy another adjoining nut. Good product, bad description.

This is the 2nd failure of the riser pipe. When the companion piece, the cradle for the hand shower, is attached to the riser, the riser is damaged and it leaks. Very disappointed.

The product is fine, but the description is inaccurate. The IPS is 3/8" on both ends and is converted to 1/2" for a shower head at top with an included bushing. 2 out of 3 reps I asked did not know this. Much confusion was had. I hope they will consider updating their product description, because otherwise it is a nice product.
