Package Protection
Package Protection is optional coverage you can add when you check out. It protects your order if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Full coverage terms: https://shipsurance.com/redo/terms
What's covered
- Items damaged in transit
- Orders lost in transit or never delivered
- Items missing from your delivery
- Packages stolen after delivery
It doesn't cover damage that happens after delivery (for example during storage, handling, or installation), manufacturing defects (see our Warranty page), or returns for other reasons (see our Returns page).
Time limits
- Damage, missing items, or theft: file within 30 days of delivery.
- Order never arrived: you can file once 15 days have passed since it shipped.
- Most claims are reviewed within 3 business days.
Before you file
- Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. For truck freight, inspect it with the driver present and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Keep all packaging (boxes, crates, and pallets) until your claim is resolved. You'll need photos of the damaged item and of the packaging from all sides.
How to file
Go to https://magnushomeproducts.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login and enter your email or ZIP code and your order number. Approved claims get a replacement at no charge, and nothing needs to be sent back.
