Cast Brass Textured Doorbell

I really like the design of this doorbell and the weight of it the brass. It seems like nice quality in that regard. What I don't appreciate is the button. As other reviews have mentioned, they are faulty. We ordered two doorbells, when we got them one worked, one didn't. I wrote the company and they very quickly replied and shipped out a new doorbell same day. That made me happy. When we got the new one, it worked but not fully. It was glitchy. Perhaps pushing it a few times allowed the glue to loosen a bit? But at first I was worried I was going to have to contact the company again. It does seem like it's working, although you do seem to have to push the doorbell with some oomf to ring it. Overall I love the look but wish the quality was better for use. Still FAR superior to the ugly cheap doorbells at a big box store so I'd still buy this one over that and am not interested in the super expensive ones that have a camera. So for the price and look, it's a pretty good buy.
