Saw an ad on Facebook for new in box elongated toliets. The ad specially said they were new in the box, the only issue shown in ad was that the hardware was not included, however, after taking the toilets to job site and trying to do an install, we found out that the tanks did not fit the bowls, we called down to Magnus and explained situation to them, only then I was informed that the tanks were not the original tanks to these toilet bowls, I asked David if we could swap the tanks out to one that fits these bowls, I showed up on Monday and was told that they had no other tanks. I explained to the gentleman there that we need to have this rectified and have a refund processed, because these toilets were no use. We will not be using magnus in the near future as we still have not received a refund and seem to be getting the run around
